Payment Policy

 

  1. Quotation or estimate only valid for 30 (thirty) days and is subject to final content, the availability of materials and price increases.
  2. Variations on specifications of any kind (from supplied quotations) will result in a revision of the quotation.
  3. All prices are quoted in ZAR and invoices are payable in ZAR.
  4. Cash and EFT payments will be regarded as received as soon as they reflect in our account or proof of payment is received. NO cheque payments.
  5. Terms of payment:
    • 50% deposit payable on confirmation of order
    • Balance due on completion (unless otherwise negotiated), prior to collection or delivery
  6. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. All signed orders on which a deposit has been received will be honoured at the quoted price.
  7. Any deposit received on confirmation of an order is non-refundable.
  8. Rush jobs (orders required within less than 10 working days) will be subject to an increased design fee of R550.00 per hour.

Design Policy: Bespoke

 

  1. After receiving the deposits’ proof of payment, Rebelle Design will email the client an electronic brief sheet to complete.
  2. Once Rebelle Design receive the completed brief sheet they have 3 working days to start with the clients’ design item.
  3. The client will receive a maximum of 5 concept designs (three initially and two extra if need be).
  4. The client has 3 sets of changes, but should the client go over an extra design fee will be charged at Rebelle Designs’ hourly rate of R455.00.
  5. Rebelle Design has 72 hours to revert back to the client in between design changes.
  6. Copy and other content to be supplied in required formats – Word, Excel or PowerPoint – already spell checked.
  7. The client has one printed proof included in the bespoke package.
  8. It is the clients’ responsibility to sign off all artwork prior to going to print.
  9. Rebelle Design will not accept any responsibility for errors, omissions or otherwise once we have received final approval.
  10. Rebelle Design takes 5 workdays to print and 3 workdays thereafter to package the clients’ order.
  11. The client is responsible for their¬†order collection, but should they request a courier, Rebelle Design will make arrangements and charge an additional cost depending on the clients’ location.
  12. Should the client request an extra consultation, they will be charged at the Rebelle Design hourly rate of R455.00.
  13. All items will remain the property of Rebelle Design until full and final payment is received.
  14. All artwork and designs remain the copyright of Rebelle Design and may not be reproduced in any way, in part or full without written consent from Rebelle Design.
  15. Any errors or discrepancies are to be reported to Rebelle Design within 24 hours of receipt of the ordered items.
  16. The customer indemnifies Rebelle Design against any claims, costs and expenses arising out of the infringement of copyright, trademarks, patent or design.

Design Policy: Ready-to-Order

 

  1. After receiving the deposits’ proof of payment, Rebelle Design will edit the item fields relevant to the suite with the information provided in the online form.
  2. Should the client request any other design element (fonts, layout, graphic, extras) that is not part of the suite to be changed, an additional design fee will be charged of R250.00
  3. Rebelle Design has 3 working days to start with the clients’ design item.
  4. The client will receive 1 concept design.
  5. The client only has 1 set of changes, but should the client go over an extra design fee will be charged at Rebelle Design’s hourly rate of R455.00
  6. Rebelle Design has 72 hours to revert back to the client in between design changes.
  7. Copy and other content to be supplied in required formats – Word, Excel or PowerPoint – already spell checked.
